Year 3 had been learning all about Christopher Columbus and his impact on the wider world. This led to lots of discussion about the impact that different people have had - wether negative or positive. The pupils in Year 3 decided that they wanted to make a wall of inspiration in the style of a local graffiti atrtist, learning about individuals who have had an impact on society and teaching younger pupils about them. They created their own powerpoint to share the knowledge that they had gained with our community of pupils and parents. Crucially, they wanted to include individuals who looked like them, shared their religion and country of birth.
