MaHello and welcome to our class curriculum page. Here you will find useful information about the things your child is learning at school. 

  

Reading and Spelling

All children will receive new spellings to learn on a Monday.  These will then be tested on a Friday.  Children are expected to read every day and record the books they read in their reading diaries. 

Year 5/6 Statutory Spellings

Maths 

Children should be practising their maths skills every day, they should all be able to access Timetable Rock Stars and Active Learn from home.  Another website which is good for learning is Top Marks.

PE 

PE takes place on a Tuesday and Wednesday.  On these days children can come into school wearing their PE kit which should consist of a t-shirt or sweatshirt and shorts or tracksuit bottoms in the school colours (red, grey, black and white) with black or white trainers.  No jewellery should be worn on PE days.
